Weird, I've been using shadowplay for 4 years and never any issues. Are your drivers up to date? What gpu do you have? This issue appear after or before rendering? I mean, original footage looks like that aswell?

turn off desktop capture, maybe it will work ( Ctrl+Z - Settings - Privacy )

It might be a software problem because of the new gen gpu. You should try to search this on google to see if other ppl with a 3000 series gpu had this problem. Or just report this to nvidia, who knows, they might patch it in future driver updates.

just noticed it only happens with samp btw, I'm not getting the same problem while recording other games

with my rtx 2080 ti, i had been getting the same issue. however, after a couple of days it resolved by itself and idk the reason.

ye mine is just solved by itself too lol, all I had to do was restarting my pc
