Title: New season model and new gang member limit

We`re changing to an eight-season model and therefore reducing the length of each season to 6 weeks.

The two summer seasons and the winter holiday season will be slightly longer.

The current season will end on the 11th of February at 00:00 (12:00 AM, the midnight between Thursday and Friday (the server might go offline earlier).

For the next season, we intend on decreasing the gang member limit from 15 to 10. Gang Leaders can prepare for it by setting the rank of the extra members to Rookie or kicking them out of the gang.
For the gangs with more than 10 members, we`ll try to kick out the extra members in order of rank. New season starts in a little less than a week
